Grandma Nesheim's Lefse Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 good sized potatos
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Method
- Rice or slice potatos into very small pieces. Cook until boiling.
- Measure 1 and 2/3 cup of the boiled water (potato water). Add 1/4 cup oil.
- Mix with flour, salt, and sugar
- Mix into a small ball and roll until thin.
- Put on a lefse griddle at 500 degrees, or a hot flat stove.
- Turn in 1/2 sections, until small brown dots appear. Do not burn.
