Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 pounds ground chuck
• 1 pound ground veal
• 1/2 pound ground lean pork
• 2 cups soft bread crumbs
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 4 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 can bean soup
• 1 can tomato soup
• 4 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper

Method

1. Mix ingredients.
2. Press into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
