Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt the butter and mix in the garlic and onion.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and dunk the caps
    into the butter mixture.
  3. With the mushroom cap side down, allow the butter to drain
from the inside of the cap.
  4. Place the mushroom, cap side down, onto the grill which has been
    pre-heated to 300 to 400 degrees F.
  5. Grill until the mushroom caps have softened.
  6. Invert the cap so that the inside of the cap is facing up.
  7. Scoop garlic and onion from the butter mixture and fill the
    inside of the caps.
  8. Cook mushrooms until they soften slightly.
  9. Enjoy within 10 minutes of removing from the grill.
Otherwise, the "wrinkled look" will appear, and it won't be a great deal.
