Great Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms recipe

Ingredients

40 button mushrooms

4 Tablespoons minced garlic

3 Tablespoons minced onion

2 Sticks of Butter
Method

Melt the butter and mix in the garlic and onion.

Remove the stems from the mushroom caps and dunk the caps
into the butter mixture.
- With the mushroom cap side down, allow the butter to drain
from the inside of the cap.
- Place the mushroom, cap side down, onto the grill which has been
pre-heated to 300 to 400 degrees F.
- Grill until the mushroom caps have softened.
- Invert the cap so that the inside of the cap is facing up.
- Scoop garlic and onion from the butter mixture and fill the
inside of the caps.
- Cook mushrooms until they soften slightly.
- Enjoy within 10 minutes of removing from the grill.
Otherwise, the "wrinkled look" will appear, and it won't be a great deal.
